International Shipping & Returns

Customers can place orders for other international locations by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Please provide the shipping postal code and we will calculate costs.
The cost for shipping each order depends on the shipping location, the size of the order, and the service level selected for shipping. Duties and taxes are determined based on the type of product being shipped, its value, country of origin or manufacturing, and the classification of the item. Duties and taxes/VAT will be calculated at checkout.
International Returns & Exchanges
International customers are responsible for all shipping costs on returns and exchanges. The customer has 28 days after receiving the item to request a return. Before requesting a return, please be sure the order is eligible. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that it was received, unworn or unused, with tags and protective materials included in the original packaging. We also require a receipt or proof of purchase.
When returning an item, please pack the item carefully so it will arrive in perfect condition. All returns must include the packing slip included in the original shipment.
Returns will be processed within 1–2 days of receipt at our warehouse. Customers will receive email confirmation. Please keep in mind: depending on the billing cycle of the credit card, it may take 2–10 days for a refund to be posted.
Customers will be notified if the refund has been approved, once we’ve received and inspected the return. If approved, refunds will be automatically applied to the original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for banks or credit card companies to process and post the refund.
Customers will receive a refund in the same currency and exchange rate as the original order. Shipping and handling paid on the original order are not refundable. Duties and taxes/VAT are not refundable.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned, such as custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about a specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Damages and other issues
Please inspect each order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make necessary arrangements to get it corrected as quickly as possible.
