Official Carla Rockmore Design, LLC (“Carla Rockmore”) Sling Bag Giveaway Rules

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

  1. Eligibility:
  • The Carla Rockmore Sling Bag Giveaway ("Giveaway") is open to legal residents of the fifty (50)  United States and the District of Columbia, subject to local laws and regulations.
  • Entrants must be at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry.
  • Carla Rockmore Design, LLC employees, contractors, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising, promotion agencies, friends and/or families are not allowed to participate.

  1. Agreement to Official Rules:

Participation in the Giveaway constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of  there Official Rules and the decision of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. Winning a prize is contingent upon being compliant with there Official Rules and fulfilling all other requirements set forth herein. 

  1. Giveaway Period:

The Giveaway will run from November 11, 2023, at 9:00 AM (US CST) through November 21, 2023, at 11:59 PM (US CST) (the "Giveaway Period").

  1. How to Enter:
Limit one (1) entry per user. To enter the Giveaway, you must do the following:
  • Share the @Carla.Rockmore giveaway announcement post in your story.
  • Take a picture of yourself wearing a Carla Rockmore Sling Bag, favorite Carla Rockmore product or your favorite Carla-inspired ensemble 
  • Share the picture on your public Instagram feed.
  • Tag Carla Rockmore's Instagram page (@Carla.Rockmore) in your post.
  • Use the official hashtag #CRSlingBagGiveaway in your post.
  • Your entry must be public so it can be viewed by the Giveaway organizers.
  1. Prizes Drawing:
  • Three (3)  winners will receive one (1) Carla Rockmore Sling Bag.
  • Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash, store credits, store gift cards, or any other products or services.
  1. Winner Selection and Notification:
  • The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.
  • The winner will be announced on November 22, 2023, at 5:00 PM CST (US time) on Carla Rockmore's Instagram page.
  • In addition to the social media announcement, the winner will also be contacted by Instagram Direct Message by the Carla Rockmore team within five (5) business days after the Giveaway Period ends.
  • To claim the prize, the winner must provide their email, full name, and address to the Carla Rockmore team. This information is necessary to send the prize (one sling bag).

Please make sure to check your direct messages (DMs) for correspondence from Carla Rockmore, and provide the requested information promptly to receive your prize.

  1. Use of Entrants' Images:

By participating in the Giveaway and using the hashtag #CRSlingBagGiveaway, you grant Carla Rockmore the right to use and display your submitted images on the Carla Rockmore website, social media accounts, and other promotional materials, without additional compensation.

  1. General Conditions:
  • Carla Rockmore reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaways at any time, for any reason.
  • All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply to this Giveaway.
  1. Privacy Policy:

Entrants' personal information will be collected and used in accordance with Carla Rockmore's privacy policy. 

  1. Release and Limitations of Liability:

By entering the Giveaway, you release and hold harmless Carla Rockmore and its employees, representatives, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from or in connection with the Giveaway.
