Orders Information
On all of our product pages, we offer a size chart just above the ‘Add to Cart’ button. All sizing is in US sizes.
Please allow up to 2-3 business days for your order to be processed
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If you need to make any changes to your order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that orders already shipped cannot be canceled or modified.

International shipping is available for the following countries: United Kingdom (including England, Scotland, Wales, and Ireland) Australia, Canada, South Africa, Germany, France, Netherlands, Spain, Mexico, Philippines, New Zealand, Sweden, Hungary, Switzerland, Italy, Hong Kong SAR China, India, Japan, Bahrain, Israel, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and United Arab Emirates.
Customers can place orders from other international locations by emailing info@carlarockmore.com Please provide the shipping postal code and we will calculate costs.
The cost for shipping each order depends on the shipping location, the size of the order, and the service level selected for shipping. Duties and taxes are determined based on the type of product being shipped, it’s value, country of origin or manufacturing, and the classification of the item. Duties and taxes/VAT wll be calculated at checkout.
We offer the following shipping options. Please note, there may be delays with the shipping carriers that are out of our control. We cannot reimburse clients for shipping charges if the items do not arrive within the timeframe of the shipping type selected. These rates apply to the contiguous United States. All orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii may experience different delivery times.
- Ground Service at $8 with a delivery time of 2-8 days
- Priority Service at $15 with a delivery time of 1-3 business days
- Priority Express at $50 with a delivery time of 1-2 business days
Yes, we ship our products all over the globe.
Please note that free shipping is not applicable for international orders and that shipping rates could vary depending on your region.
We do not ship to P.O. boxes. If there are any errors in the shipping and billing information provided, delays may occur.
Free shipping is available on orders of $75+ for U.S domestic standard/ground shipping on purchases of $75 or more. Offer may not be combined with any other offers or codes. Offer has no cash value and is not valid on previous purchases. Offer is limited to stock on hand; no rain checks are available. Carla Rockmore reserves the right to modify or terminate this offer at any time without notice.
Returns
If you decide that what you have ordered is unsuitable for any reason, we have a 28-day return policy, which means you have 28 days after receiving your item to request a return. Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
International customers are responsible for all shipping costs on returns and exchanges. The customer has 28 days after receiving the item to request a return. Before requesting a return, please be sure the order is eligible. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that it was received, unworn or unused, with tags and protective materials included in the original packaging. We also require a receipt or proof of purchase.
We do not offer exchanges at this time. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Before requesting a return, please be sure your order is eligible. We will process returns within 1-2 days upon receiving and you will receive email confirmation. Keep in mind that, depending on the billing cycle of your credit card, it may take 2-10 days for the refund to post to your account. All refunds are issued, not including shipping and handling fees, to the original form of payment. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
