Ciner, based in New York City, is proud to be a pioneer in the American costume jewelry industry. Throughout the 1960’s Ciner jewelry was sold to some of the best retailers and department stores including Saks Fifth Avenue, Bergdorf Goodman, Neiman Marcus, and Lord & Taylor. In 1966 a necklace was featured on the cover of Vogue and shortly thereafter, Elizabeth Taylor discovered Ciner at a boutique in New York City. She became loyal customer and lifelong collector of Ciner jewelry pieces.
